How Our Billing Works
For All Customers:
Our payment system operates on a monthly balanced billing program.
Invoices will be emailed on the 15th of each month, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.
Payment is due by the 1st of the following month.
There are several convenient options for making payments:
- Payments can be picked up on your designated service day.
- Payments can be mailed and must be received by the due date.
- Online payment options include Monthly Auto Bill Pay and One-Time Payments.
- Cancellation Policy: Kindly provide a minimum of 48-hour notice for any cancellations or postponements.
Please note that late payments will incur a fee, and any checks returned due to insufficient funds (NSF) will result in a surcharge.
Failure to make timely payments may lead to the termination of services.
