Services
DOODY PATROL
- Yards will be walked and cleaned to the best of our abilities
- Waste will be bagged and left in garbage cans or can be removed from the premises for an additional fee
- Heavy rain or snow may result in a delay in the pickup day/time. No additional fee or credit will be given since the volume of pickup increases
PAYMENTS and CHARGES
- Payments are based on a monthly balanced billing program
- All invoices will be e-mailed on the 15th of the month, unless other arrangements have been made.
- Payments are due by the 1st of the upcoming month.
- Payments can be picked up on your service day, mailed in by the due date or paid online
- Monthly autobillpay and one time payments options available online.
- Payments not received will incur a late fee, NSF checks will also have a surcharge, and any delinquency may result in termination of services.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
- Yards and pens must be accessible
- Aggressive dogs must be left inside on cleaning days
- 48-hr advanced notice for any cancellation or postponement
- Please notify us immediately if there are any questions, complaints, concerns, problems or changes of service
