 Waste will be carefully bagged and left in garbage cans or can be removed from the premises for an additional fee. 

While route orders and service times may be subject to change, customers can expect their service to be within the same few-hour time window on the designated day of their area every week. 

Additionally, communication can be established for notifications regarding arrival if needed.

We typically operate in various weather conditions, including rain. However, exceptionally heavy rainfall might cause delays. Hazardous conditions such as ice and snow may impede our ability to access driveways or continue routes while working.

Please ensure your gate is unlocked on your designated dates of service. For safety reasons, our employees are prohibited from climbing or jumping over fences.

In most instances, yes. We generally have positive interactions with dogs;  

If you are aware that your dog is not receptive to strangers or if it becomes evident that they won't allow us to clean the yard, we kindly request that you restrain or confine the dog. 

In the event that we are unable to clean the yard due to the dog's behavior, you will still be charged for the scheduled service. We prioritize the safety of both your pet and our employees and will not take unnecessary risks.

Yes, a first-time clean-up fee applies if there has been more than one week of accumulation in your yard prior to your initial visit.
